Shipping Policy

At LolliShop Boutique, our goal is to provide a smooth shipping experience. Please read our shipping policy below:

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Processing Time: We strive to process all orders within 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders made on holidays will be processed within 3 business days after the holiday.
  • Address Accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. LolliShop Boutique cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (LolliShop Boutique), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our store, LolliShop Boutique is NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: LolliShop Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any claims should be submitted to the United States Postal Service.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please send photos and your order information to Lollishopboutique@gmail.com along with your order number within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Return Policy

At LolliShop Boutique, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Returns for Store Credit Only:

  • We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered clothing within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, and pet hair, and in the new condition they were received.
  • Original Shipping, if paid, is not refundable

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Final sale items
  • Items with 20% or more discount
  • Shoes

Return Instructions:

  1. Include a copy of your receipt, order number or packing slip, and the reason for your return
  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  3. We do not provide return labels at this time
